We continue with our mixed-mode - a main morning service online and a simple Evening Prayer in the church building at 4.30pm, which this Sunday will incorporate our Annual Meeting. See the Services page for more details.
Whether you are ready to return to a church service in person or not, we have plenty going on. We are still the Church, active and alive and open to all. If you want to know more about what gives us purpose, try Alpha, running online. Contact us for more details.
We are also streaming a time of prayer every day at 9.15am and Sunday services at 10.15am on Facebook: www.facebook.com/stpetersglenfield/live
You can view our online Sunday services on the Services page.
If you're here because you've seen some of our streamed services and want to know more, welcome! If there is anything we can do to help, maybe there are questions this site doesn't answer, please do contact Richard, the Rector:

Remembrance is going to have to be different this year. The ongoing risks and restrictions of the pandemic are still with us. So we're going to have to remember differently. We can't gather, but we can still remember together.
In St Peter's churchyard there will be a temporary 'Poppy Garden', opening 1 November. Please feel free to come and place a normal poppy here, or a wooden cross, in early November.
There will sadly be no Parade Service on Sunday 8 November. Instead, a service will be streamed on our Facebook page at 10.45am. When the Last Post is played, we encourage you to go out onto your doorsteps as our community holds silence. Then come back in when Reveille can be heard.
On Wednesday 11 November, there will be a wreath-laying ceremony at the War Memorial in the churchyard. This will be invitation only but will be be live-streamed so everyone can take part virtually.
It will be different, but we can still honour the memories of those who gave their lives in service of their country, as we serve one another by keeping each other safe.
In light of the government's guidance, all Anglican churches are now closed for all purposes until restrictions on gatherings are lifted.
But you can join us online everyday. See details above.
