COVID-19 UPDATE

Following the announcement this week that churches are allowed to re-open for services soon, we are eagerly awaiting the government guidance which is due. Once we have that, and are able to assess the nature of the steps we must take to ensure that we are Covid-19 Secure (and take those steps!) then we expect to be able to say by Sunday 12 July when we expect some services to resume.

For the time being all gatherings for Sunday and midweek services remain suspended. No other groups are meeting person for the time being either.

However, we are still not closed! We are still the Church, active and alive and open to all. If you want to know more about what gives us purpose, try Alpha, running online now.

We are streaming daily prayer at 9.15am and Sunday services at 10.15am on Facebook:

You can view the Daily Prayer services below, and the Sunday services on the Services page.

If you're here because you've seen some of our streamed services and want to know more, welcome! If there is anything we can do to help, maybe there are questions this site doesn't answer, please do contact Richard, the Rector:

ABOUT ST PETER'S

Connecting a community to Jesus Christ

St Peter's aims to help connect the local community to Jesus Christ. Everyone and anyone is welcome to worship God, to explore the meaning of faith in Jesus Christ and what that looks like in daily life, and to be part of a supportive community.

WHAT (NORMALLY) GOES ON?

We usually have a number of activities and ways of serving the community. These are all in suspension given the measures in place to combat Coronavirus.
